Shipping policy

Our current TAT is listed in the header and begins the following business day unless otherwise stated. This does not include shipping time. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped or when item is ready for pickup. 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Items are shipped via USPS with insurance added to each order. If an issue arises, please email me at craftycutsgalore@gmail.com so a claim can be filed.
